Hey, it's like a tamagotchi, only degrading to women, sexist, and will cost the user lots, and lots of money, as the virtual girlfriend is nicer to you if you buy (actually buy, with actual money) virtual flowers and gifts. Yuck.

First of all, congratulations on the fix. It's good to have your site back.
Secondly, yuck indeed. Why give a platform to such a hineous project? I know you think it just as horrid as I do, yet you link readers to it rather than just ignore it and hope everybody else does as well.
Oblivion is too good a fate for this.

Ignoring creepy things does not make them go away. They say the harsh light of day is the best antiseptic, and while that is an awkward metaphor, I do agree with its essence.
Also, I trust that the readers of this site are not the type who will say, "Oh, this looks like a great way to spend all my money, I'll move to Japan and get this service on my new phone," but rather the sort who will find it either gross or silly.
The virtual girlfriend is a sign of the times, and those interest me, including the icky ones. And when I come across something that interests me, and that I think will interest the readers of this blog, I post it.
