JMS to do some TV series on 2006
He says he definitely won't be doing Trek for the next year or two, as Paramount wants to take a Trek hiatus, but accepted an offer to do some other show for the 2006 season.

With all the respect I have for the man (and I have plenty), this is, like, the THIRD show he says he's got "in process" in the last two years. I'll believe it when I'll see it - and by "I'll see it" I don't mean seeing a pilot, I don't mean seeing the show completing a first season run, I mean seeing at least three full seasons going without the big guy having a fallout with someone at the top and quitting.
